6. Refund Policy

We understand that needs may change. Our refund policy varies by category:

• Services: If a service engagement is cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled delivery, we will issue a refund of the full fee paid. For cancellations within 14 days of delivery, we may offer a partial refund or the option to reschedule the service once at no extra charge. If a service clearly specifies that no refunds are available, this will be stated in the service description and no reimbursement will be provided.
• Info Products: Digital guides and reports can be refunded within 7 days of purchase provided that no downloads or access have been initiated. If access has started, no refund is allowed, since digital access is immediate.
• Goods: Physical items may be refunded within 30 days of delivery. The items must be sent back in original condition. After inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.
